1. Introduction

Welcome to Laundryville, your trusted neighborhood laundromat in Louisville, CO. By using our facilities, drop-off, or pickup & delivery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a clean, safe, and consistent experience for every customer.

2. Service Agreement

When you use any Laundryville service—whether self-service, wash-dry-fold, or business-to-business laundry—you authorize our team to handle your garments with professional care. We reserve the right to decline items that may be unsafe, heavily soiled, or not suitable for standard washing and drying.

3. Pickup & Delivery Terms

Pickup and delivery times are scheduled within our Louisville, CO service area. While we strive for timely service, unforeseen delays (such as weather or traffic) may occur. Customers must ensure laundry is ready for pickup and accessible during scheduled times. Missed pickups may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

4. Wash-Dry-Fold Handling

We treat every item with care, using high-quality detergents and gentle cycles. However, Laundryville is not responsible for normal wear, minor shrinkage, or fading that may occur during standard cleaning. Customers should inform our staff of any special fabric instructions at the time of drop-off.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Laundryville maintains strict quality control, but in rare cases, if an item is lost or damaged, claims must be made within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to the fair value of the affected garment, not exceeding ten times the service charge.

6. Payment Policy

All payments are due at the time of service or upon delivery. We accept cash, cards, and approved digital payments. Unpaid balances may delay delivery or result in service suspension until the account is cleared.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Please check all pockets before drop-off—Laundryville is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, coins, keys). Customers are responsible for labeling commercial laundry orders clearly to prevent mix-ups.

8. Hours of Operation

Laundryville is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with the last wash starting at 8:00 PM. Pickup & delivery scheduling is available within these hours.

9. Policy Updates

Laundryville may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to maintain service transparency. The most current version will always be available on this page.
