By using our drop-off service, you agree to the following guidelines that help us keep things smooth and professional:
Garment Care – We follow the care instructions on your clothing and use detergent suited to fabric type. Laundryville is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, loose dyes, or pre-existing wear.
Lost or Mixed Items – Orders are washed separately. Please check your items when you pick them up. Any concerns should be reported within 24 hours.
Turnaround Time – Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours; rush service may be available upon request.
Pickup & Storage – Finished laundry should be collected within 7 days. Items unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to local charities.
Payment Policy – Full payment is due at drop-off. We accept cash, card, and secure mobile pay.
Safety & Hygiene – We cannot process heavily soiled or contaminated items to ensure safety for all customers.
